Gem Lining System

The G.L. System is used to reline pipe with P.E. 80, P.E. 100 nylon & PVC. For pipe sizes of 90mm to 110mm diameter and 140mm to 160mm diameter and used in conjunction with the winch.

Liners can be fitted from small manholes access. The winch and liners can be carried through standard household doors and can be used in a space of 650mm x 650mm x 1200mm (26” x 26” x 48”) high. Using the capstan winch, lining can be carried out up to 100 metres in length.The system will re-open pipes up to 60% displaced and pitch fibre pipes up to 85% up to a full pipe diameter and will pull in the new screw pipe system or pre-cut system.
Fig.1 90mm to 110mm 140mm to 160mm can be adjusted in 1mm increments.
